Okay, I am not a food network host or chef, so I am not sure anyone cares about the best thing I ever ate, but I never post recipes so this one HAS to be good.
1/4 cup of brown sugar
8 oz package cream cheese–softened
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Pinch of salt
(we LOVE Kosher, but regular works too)
1 tsp Vanilla
Cream together brown sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. That’s it. So easy, huh? Oh, and when you ARE ready to serve it, top it with:

You are gonna die! It is so much easier than unwrapping a whole bunch of caramels and melting them, and a whole lot tastier, too. We dipped Granny Smith Apples and Hanover’s sourdough pretzel pieces, and I have a feeling we are gonna be doing it all season. Enjoy!
