Befores, afters, mood boards, plans, failures, wins. We’ve done a lot of projects, and they’re all here.

We have a long-standing relationship with DIY, and love rolling our sleeves up and making it happen.

Even when you don’t want to rip down a wall, you can make that space in your home better. Right now.

What do you think?

  1. Missy says:

Great list! I don’t think I’ve ever actually bought anything from a gift guide before, but got two gifts from this lift. Cheap fun gifts for procrastinators — can’t beat that! :)

  2. Shaw Ruder says:

Says Spikeball for #29- but thats not a real Spikeball set in picture or linked.

  3. Juliet Mullenmeister says:

I have two of those Native Union charging cords, and I got the first one as a gift. (Thought that it was the perfect thing for a gift – decorative and useful, but I’d have never bought it for myself.) Had it for a week, and I bought another one!!
I never realized how often I had to go hunting for the cord behind the couch or under my bed. I love them, and I have bought them for others.

  4. Mary says:

This was super helpful. You pointed me to the perfect gifts for a college-aged nephew and for my cousin and his fiancée. Much obliged!

  5. Laurie says:

I love that charger but only see it for $39? Is there a deal I’m missing?

  6. Wanda says:

I first thought #3 was macarons. Kind of disappointed that it’s bath bombs… ;) #sohungryrightnow

A reader recently asked me if I’m starting to fully embrace traditional style and whether we still consider our house to be a “modern Colonial” and why. It was a really great question and so timely — I had really just been thinking about my approach to this home and how my style has changed […]
