2cupsMagic Spoon Frosted Cereal
3tbsphemp seed
1scoopvanilla protein powder
1/4cupcoconut flour
1/3cupunsweetened apple sauce
5tbsplime juicefresh squeezed
2tsplime zest
1cupMagic Spoon Graham Cereal
Instructions
Add the Magic Spoon Frosted cereal, as well as the hemp seed, to a food processor and blitz until uniform and no large pieces remain - as fine a crumb as you can get.
To the food processor, add the vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, apple sauce, lime juice and lime zest. Blitz to form a cohesive mixture that should clump together a bit. Add 1/2 cup of the Magic Spoon Graham cereal, and blitz just a couple times to break it up, while keeping some larger pieces.
Remove the mix to a bowl and wipe out the food processor. Blitz the remaining 1/2 cup Magic Spoon Graham cereal until you get a very fine crumb. Remove it to a separate bowl.
Form the "dough" into 8 evenly sized balls. Roll each in the finely ground Magic Spoon Graham cereal. Roll each in your hands a few times, with some of the cereal, to get each well coated.
