Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken wings cut into flat and drumette
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or zip top bag, combine all the ingredients and toss to coat.

  2. Add to air fryer in groups, making sure the wings are in a single layer, skin side up, with space between them.

  3. Cook in batches at 360 degrees for 20 minutes. Keep on a baking sheet in the oven set to warm until ready to serve. (alternatively you could add a little more olive oil and bake the wings in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes to cook more at a time)
