I can’t remember the last time I added something to my cart and checked out as quickly as I did with this mirror! Months ago I shared that I’ve been dealing with a mirror dilemma in the bedroom, and I’ve finally found my solution.

Before we painted our bedroom and added trim to the walls, Chris and I had to commit to a layout. A part of that was determining where a floor mirror would go–as our bedroom is the only place for a full length mirror in our suite. We figured to have the best naturally lit mirror, it needed to go on the same wall as the window. We locked it in, but I have been struggling finding a narrow enough mirror for that wall that was at least over 80″ tall because our ceilings are 10′.

I looked far and wide, and couldn’t find anything until one day I found the mirror of my dreams on Crate & Barrel’s site. I could not believe it was a substantial 93″ tall which felt perfect for the trim we added and the ceiling height. The price is more than fair for the size and quality so I ran to checkout.

I was thrilled that it was in stock and shipped fast! When Chris helped me unbox it he said, “Is this from Chairish?” Meaning how could something so beautifully intricate not be vintage?? No better compliment.

The ornate carved wood against the rich brown paint is quite breathtaking.

The fact that you can see this mirror from the doorway is the cherry on top. I find myself glancing through the doorway every time I pass.

P.S. It also comes in black and I can’t recommend it enough!
