You know what motivates me to work out–besides the knowledge I’ll be in a better mental state after?–Workout clothes. I know it’s silly but I just love pulling on my favorite pair of leggings and immediately feeling a pulse of energy run through me. It’s just how I am! I’m also the kind of person that once I find what I love, I want to buy them in every color because I know it fits, I want to take the guess work out of decisions at 5am and I love having options! This is why my workout wardrobe is a mix and match of my favorite staple pieces!

I’ve become more of a workout junkie over the years and I wanted to share my favorite tried and true, workout clothes. As far as tops go, I love a boxy tank, or something with a built-in bra. Since I’m tall, the 7/8th leggings hit more like capris, which is a no for me. Plus I always go high-waisted. Is there any other way?? I wear these white socks on repeat and I like to mix up my shoes. Don’t forget the jackets too! When I prep for the gym the night before, I always make sure my keys, my airpods, and my chapstick are in my jacket pocket. That’s it for me! I like to keep it simple, and just mix and match any outfits together!
