I’m not typically a smoothie guy. I prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them, but not with this mango smoothie. I was wanting something a bit sweeter, a bit tangier, so I whipped up this mango, citrus & coconut smoothie to curb the craving!

There’s also just a hint of ginger, but it’s so so subtle. Maybe add more if you’re into that! Mango is one of those flavors that that’s so yummy, but not overpowering and the citrus and coconut give it a nice fresh twist. Honestly, this would be great as a breakfast smoothie, because it’s not overly sweet which is my personal preference. Give it a try and tell me what you think!

- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger optional but encouraged

My favorite smoothie recipe. It’s so refreshing and hydrating. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Finally got a chance to make this today, and it’s so delicious! I completely forgot about the ginger, dang it! Good thing I have enough ingredients to make it again. Yum!
Where are the cups from? Can’t wait to try!
I found this mold at a restaurant supply store, but you can find them on Amazon as well.
I’ve made this twice already and it’s my new favorite smoothie. What a great tasting combo of flavors.
I have that same blender and wonder what setting you use to blend your smoothies? Thank you!
Usually I use the smoothie setting, and if it’s thicker I’ll use the plunger for it.
