Honey Mint Lemonade

Refreshing, light, and pucker-free lemonade that will quench the greatest of thirsts.

  • 1/2 gallon water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed - this is important!
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp stevia powder
  • 1-2 cups ice


  • Make the syrup by combing the honey and lemon juice in a cup and whisk until combined. Add the mint to the syrup and gently muddle with a muddler or the back end of a wooden spoon (muddling is when you crush and bruise the leaves to bring out the oils and flavor more).
  • Pour the syrup with the mint and the stevia into the water. Mix until combined, add the ice, stir again and enjoy!
