A Dairy-Free Take on the Shamrock-Green Shake
A more whole food-centered take on the iconic shake (but still made to be a treat). Really fresh, super delicious.
Servings 2 servings
- 1 cup vanilla flax milk
- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 6-8 leaves fresh mint
- 1/3 cup diced frozen avocado
- 2/3 cup diced frozen banana
- 1 cup almond-based vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping

First, in a blender combine the flax milk, spinach, and mint. Blend on high until all pieces are mixed in evenly.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to a cup and top with dairy-free whipped topping and crushed chocolate cookies.
