Southwest Tuna Salad

This one is great as tuna salad or amazing served as a dip. Fresh flavors, amped up with avocado and pickled jalapeno. Not spicy with the use of tamed pickled jalapenos, which is my preference.

  • In a bowl, mash the avocado with the veganaise until mostly smooth. Add the remaining dressing ingredients along with a pinch of salt. Combine well then add the other ingredients and mix with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
