Ingredients
2/3cupolive oilfruity, extra virgin
2tbspminced garlic
1tspred chili flakeor 2 tsp fresh chopped red chili
1tspdried oregano
2tbsplemon juicefresh squeezed
1tbsplemon zest
2/3cupfinely chopped parsleyfresh
1/4cupfinely chopped watercressfresh
coarse salt
coarse black pepper
Instructions
Warm the olive oil in a pan until it just starts to show tiny bubbles. Pour the hot oil over the garlic, chili, and oregano. Let cool, then mix with the remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
