Rinse it off really well then brine – you should be fine. We’re going to be redoing the old Thanksgiving post and including a video of it next Sunday, so maybe that will be helpful, too!

I would love to know how you created the open spaces where the baskets are located. Are those all one big cabinet that you put shorter doors on so it leaves the bottom open?
