Linen Duvet Cover in Haze, Linen Core Sheet Set in White, Wallpaper, Bed, Table Lamp, Bowl
When it comes to bedding, I’ve been loving a more relaxed vibe. Linen bedding has the perfect lived in look, and it’s so soft and wrinkles only make it better (thank goodness!).
Brooklinen bedding has been a bedding staple even in our previous house because of the quality and comfort, not to mention the stunning materials and variety they offer. Greta’s bed currently has their washed linen duvet cover in Haze, and the linen sheet set in white, and it’s looking perfectly imperfect. I can’t get over the cute comfy casual feel they’re putting off, plus they’re so lightweight and so soft.
I’m a firm believer in investing in pieces throughout your home that enhance your life, and now is the perfect time to upgrade your bedding AND your sleep because Brooklinen is having its Birthday Sale – their biggest sale of the year! It’s a pretty big deal. All Brooklinen products are 20% off site-wide today — April 27 through May 5. Stock up on your favorite bedding, and be sure to check out their other household goods. I’m adding bathrobes for me and Chris to my cart, and if their bath towels are anything like their bedding, they’re cloud-like. Sale promo codes will automatically be applied at checkout.
We browsed the Brooklinen site (while trying to avoid drooling over everything), and put together a list of our favorite items – all the bedding needs, plus more. I’m crushing on the cashmere duvet cover because wow… I think that’s what dreams are made of. Just curious, how many sheet sets do you have per bed? I like to have 2-3 for each bed, personally.

Our wood grain Shaker cabinet fronts were designed for busy, high-traffic homes like ours. Clad with durable textured thermofoils, this line is compatible with Sektion, Akurum, Godmorgon, and Besta cabinets from IKEA. It's the perfect, practical way to add the warmth of wood to all the rooms of your home.
We have teamed up with Loloi to create a line of rugs that are as affordable as they are beautiful. This collection houses a great mix of traditional and modern rugs, in cottage-y colorways, as well as vintage-inspired beauties that you’ll want to roll out in every room.
We partnered with Stuga on a line of hardwood floors — The Ingrid is really livable, and the color is very neutral. It doesn’t lean warm or cool, it’s that just right in-between. We have really loved putting it everywhere in our house. It’s the best jumping-off point for design, no matter your interior style. In addition to being beautiful, Ingrid is really durable — we have three kids, and we always have a home construction project going on. Ingrid stands up to it all.

We recently painted our study a dark, moody green color. This is after we first painted it a muddy green, then repainted it a blue-gray. I guess what they say is true; third time’s a charm! The journey was worth it, though, because I’m so in love with this glossy green in contrast with the […]

We have two sets for each bed. I like a pretty neutral for my bed linen so use whites & light greys so we don’t tire quickly. I do change the bed cover seasonally. We only have two seasons here in Kenya so easy to do. Love a washed linen for the master and stone washed cotton for the kids.
We only have one set of sheets for my kids’ beds and two sets for ours. But we try to never use the second because we hate folding sheets – we wash, dry and put back on the same day! Kids will have accidents in bed on occasion but I’d rather let them in my bed than change sheets in the middle of the night anyway! MAYBE I could bring myself to pay $200 for sheets if they were my only set!
I try to have at least two sets per bed, but just realized I don’t have a double set on my youngest’s bed whose room we just made over! I need to get on that!
I generally keep two sets per bed but often only have one set for the guest room.
We prefer floral patterns and quality floral sheets are difficult to find.
