Chris’s To-Do List- July 9th, 2009:
- Do paperwork at work for 30 minutes- spend the remaining 11 hrs and 30 minutes staring at the wall, driving around town giving stuff to businesses and playing dominoes.
- Get yelled at by old man because he can’t figure out how to save a new contact on his phone.
- Have lady come change the air freshener because our store smells like a mix between Bajio and a moldy washcloth.
- Browse Craigslist. Giggle at the funny personal ads.
- Go with Jules to the doctor. See the first ultrasound of our little baby. :D
- Return to work. Walk in and feel like I’ve been punched in the face because the air freshener is so strong. Happens every month.
- Stare out the front window after 2 hours of having no customers.
- Play a round of lemonade world against Bryce. Lose miserably.
- Have lunch with Camp-Sauce. Talk about the past and future. Maybe a little of the present.
- Read a chapter of “Good to Great” by Jim Collins. An exceptional book thus far.
- Sit down to do my homework. Browse Facebook for an hour instead.
- Make some dinner and kick it with my wife. She’ll fall asleep on my shoulder while we watch Food Network.
- Wake Jules up so she can go to bed. Lay down only to remember I still have an hour’s worth of homework to do.
- Go to sleep instead and wake up early to do my homework and start all over again.
Two weeks from today, I graduate and have to find a new routine. To be honest, I’m looking forward to a new adventure. As long as I can still watch Food Network with my wife. :)
