Back in the day, I offered design services and made mood boards for the masses and as much as I loved it (it’s one of my true passions!), each one took me about 12-15 hours and I could only take a handful of clients a month because of the time investment I wanted to put into it. With a growing family and business, I had to pick and choose where to focus my energy and made the hard decision to stop virtually going into your homes and helping you pick paint colors and furniture and layout options.
The requests have continued to pour in (thank you!) and the desire in my heart never went away. When I see someone struggling to love their home, I WANT TO HELP! One night, I was talking to Chris about my goals and dreams for our business and mentioned that I would really love to find a way to launch design services again this year.
I’m thrilled to announce, we have teamed up with Modsy to bring you an exclusive, hand-curated collection of our favorite furniture and decor pieces (everything from art to sofas, plants and vases!) that you’ll be able to try on in your home in an exact room. Whether you want to design a room from scratch or finish it off or maybe you’re somewhere in between–we got you.

Here’s How It Works
Design Services start at just $59/room!
These are all 3D renderings featuring pieces from our collection that are actually real pieces you can try on and have in your home. We work with all the quirky bump-outs, doors, drop ceilings and the bones your home has and come up with beautiful solutions. Pretty great, right? We can even play with layout options and send overhead renderings so you can see how everything will fit together.
I couldn’t be more excited about this partnership. We have used Modsy in our own home and have loved the service and this is truly a dream come true to be able to reach and help so many of you with your homes at an affordable rate.
Thank you so much for all of your support over these years. It has been so fun virtually welcoming you into our home day after day and we can’t wait to now see into all of your homes, and help them come to life!

We designed the Charly line of sofas, chairs, and ottomans with perfect proportions for comfort — with wide arms, a loungey depth, and stylish and practical lumbar pillows. Available in 70 kid-friendly, pet-friendly fabrics, this line was created with families in mind.
Our wood grain Shaker cabinet fronts were designed for busy, high-traffic homes like ours. Clad with durable textured thermofoils, this line is compatible with Sektion, Akurum, Godmorgon, and Besta cabinets from IKEA. It's the perfect, practical way to add the warmth of wood to all the rooms of your home.
We have teamed up with Loloi to create a line of rugs that are as affordable as they are beautiful. This collection houses a great mix of traditional and modern rugs, in cottage-y colorways, as well as vintage-inspired beauties that you’ll want to roll out in every room.
We partnered with Stuga on a line of hardwood floors — The Ingrid is really livable, and the color is very neutral. It doesn’t lean warm or cool, it’s that just right in-between. We have really loved putting it everywhere in our house. It’s the best jumping-off point for design, no matter your interior style. In addition to being beautiful, Ingrid is really durable — we have three kids, and we always have a home construction project going on. Ingrid stands up to it all.

Befores, afters, mood boards, plans, failures, wins. We’ve done a lot of projects, and they’re all here.
We have a long-standing relationship with DIY, and love rolling our sleeves up and making it happen.
Even when you don’t want to rip down a wall, you can make that space in your home better. Right now.
One of our biggest projects this year is building out an upstairs laundry room using borrowed space from the playroom. Chris and I have been drawing up and re-drawing floor plans and elevations that I can’t wait to share. The biggest hurdle we’re designing around is this great, big window which is a blessing and […]
