I was intrigued by the charcoal teeth whitening powder – what a cool idea! But then I googled it and apparently some dentists are concerned that using such an abrasive substance may erode your enamel, which never grows back! So… just a word of caution. They recommend using it only for short periods of time, not scrubbing too hard or using it for weeks on end.
Any dentists out there that could weigh in? Or has anyone seen good scientific research on this?
This is one of the better “guys” gift guides I’ve seen! Spans all sort of interests and no stupid Craft Beer Pint Glass IN SIGHT! Hallelujah. My husband is going to love that activated charcoal in his stocking!
Any tips on in-laws?! For some reason that is a huge challenge for me… I keep getting Kendra Scott Earrings for his mom and Golf Accessories for his dad, but that’s a little boring and played out. Also, anything to distract them from saying “A pregnancy announcement is the best Christmas present we could want” would be great. (We got married 6 months ago)
