Today, I have an incredible treat for you! Over the past week, I asked several of my favorite home bloggers two simple questions:

What is one thing you are absolutely bringing into your home in 2015? And what is something you are definitely getting rid of?

Kind of like a trend watch, except more personal because we have the pleasure of watching their homes transform regularly. It’s like a sneak peek of what we can expect to see this year from them! Here’s what they had to say (psst…each quote is linked directly to their blog and will open in a new window if you click on it–which you totally should. gold mines!):

As for us and our home? We are excited to bring in more textures, mixed metals, warm woods and focus on casual, cozy, layered, family-style living. I am also really drawn to warm neutrals and off-whites at the moment. I’m ditching the idea that every room needs a “pop of color.” What about you?! What are you bringing into your home this year and what are you getting rid of? Is there a bloggers’ response from above that resonates most with you?

  1. Having read this I thought it was extremely informative.
I appreciate you finding the time and energy to put this article
together. I once again find myself personally spending a
significant amount of time both reading and commenting.
But so what, it was still worth it!

  2. This post is a gem! I’m absolutely into Jenny’s idea about putting away all the unnecessary stuff. Kind of getting my home a little bit crowded.

  3. What a great post idea. Great peeps. Love Kim & Scott and I was holding my breath when she said “blue…” I was afraid she’d finish with sofa ;) LOL The blue sofa is the BEST

  4. Is it bad that I was secretly hoping to see Young House Love on this list? I totally respect their decision and their desire for less social media presence, but oh how I miss them so!
