Our wood grain Shaker cabinet fronts were designed for busy, high-traffic homes like ours. Clad with durable textured thermofoils, this line is compatible with Sektion, Akurum, Godmorgon, and Besta cabinets from IKEA. It's the perfect, practical way to add the warmth of wood to all the rooms of your home.
We have teamed up with Loloi to create a line of rugs that are as affordable as they are beautiful. This collection houses a great mix of traditional and modern rugs, in cottage-y colorways, as well as vintage-inspired beauties that you’ll want to roll out in every room.
We partnered with Stuga on a line of hardwood floors — The Ingrid is really livable, and the color is very neutral. It doesn’t lean warm or cool, it’s that just right in-between. We have really loved putting it everywhere in our house. It’s the best jumping-off point for design, no matter your interior style. In addition to being beautiful, Ingrid is really durable — we have three kids, and we always have a home construction project going on. Ingrid stands up to it all.

A reader recently asked me if I’m starting to fully embrace traditional style and whether we still consider our house to be a “modern Colonial” and why. It was a really great question and so timely — I had really just been thinking about my approach to this home and how my style has changed […]

Please tell me how this coffee table is holding up. Any pros, cons, would you purchase it again etc. Thanks a lot in advance.
Beautiful! I love a good coffee table :) Jenn and I fall in love with a new coffee table every month… I always tell her that we should put them in rotation :)
You have all the luck. I have been scouring our craigslist for ANYTHING since we moved here and nada. By all means, PUT THEM IN ROTATION! ;)
Love the coffee table. It looks hefty and solid, something that will last you for years! We have a new coffee table too, except it’s more of a “new-to-us” find from someone’s trash in our back alley. It needs some fixing up but it’s the perfect size for our space and we love its lines!

You’re so lucky! I want to live by your alley. :)
Freakin A, I love that coffee table. It has some of the same bones as mine…like maybe your coffee table is my coffee table’s classier, prettier older sister. It’s gorgeous, though, and perfect for that room!
Love that coffee table! It looks great!
That looks great, its something we may be able to use in our family room. Just out of curiosity, the table spec. lists the material of construction as veneers (plywood) and i cant tell from the photos which parts are plywood and which parts are solid. Are the larger panels veneers, or are they solid? Sorry for the geeky question.
Thanks
Yes! I mentioned in the post the oak veneer is the one thing I wish I could change, but in real life–it isn’t bad at all. The top and drawer fronts are veneered.
I love this! I’m surprised you went with this a little bit, it doesn’t seem like the style you usually go with (clean lines and modern). Don’t get me wrong–this coffee table rocks. We need a coffee table BAD and yes, we are constantly losing our remotes! (esp that little apple tv one! So sleek it just slides into every crack in our couch).
Hahaha. I like keeping you on your toes with our choices.
